Hi
sold an item and it was delivered, tracked with Parcel force, buyer said that the item was received, as did Parcelforce. EBay themselves haven’t reported it as received despite correct tracking number provided. Eba y now says it’s running behind after reentering the tracking details into its website…

Have you rung eBay and got them to look at the delivery on Parcelforce
If not do it now get them to ring you with this link eBay Customer Service
Get them to release the payment
