Is anyone at eBay monitoring app crash stats and causes?
I’m using an 2-year old iPad Pro, latest iOS and the latest eBay app.
In the last week it has been repeatedly crashing. By crashing, I mean going back to the home page and losing any current work (typically I’m in the middle of creating a new listing). It also happens mid photo-taking, losing photos that have been taken. I’ve even found it’s reset mid way through something if I’ve paused to do check a message or something else - almost as if it’s timed out. It’s exponentially increasing the time to create listings which is a big issue if you are listing in large volumes.
Is anyone else experiencing the same and/or is anyone from EBay aware and working on the fix?
