I Have the same problem, my shop always shows less than my active inventory,
https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/sentryhealthltd
it always varies from 2- 227 even though i have 231 active listings
after 5 calls to ebay who have passed on to technical it dept still the same,
i also get the blue banner saying there are no listings available in you are
if i refresh a few times it comes back on untill i do a sale then it seems to disapear again untill so i have to refresh my shop or serched item until it shows again
I have tried and found the listing that are not showing and ended them, but the next time i add some items it removes diffrent listings
constantly scratching my head cant work it out

Yes indeed, this is an ongoing issue and why this post was created. As far as I am aware, the missing listings are now showing when I do a search in My Ebay. The problem appears to be when I have several listings of the same product, althought the listings are all different models/types/colours etc. They were also listings that made regular sales.
I was once told by an Ebay CS agent that there is so much traffic on Ebay that the servers cannot cope with it all! I wonder whether the users who are affected are all business sellers who have had a shop for many years? Maybe the Ebay system just deletes or 'hides' certain things for a period of time?
Years ago I had a different issue. Some of my older multi-variation listings in particular had photos deleted; mostly all but the main photo, including all the variation photos. I did not know about this for a while as I had about 1200 listings at the time and it was only when my attention was drawn to that listing, it was apparent the photos were not there, so after it happening repeatedly, I had to check through every listing. Ebay were unable to help and it took me over 3 weeks (on top of my usual Ebay business) to check every listing and retake, edit and upload all of those missing photos. It was extremely stressful and I was livid.
So it is an ogoing issue, unfortunately, although to my knownledge, not affecting me... for now! 😕

I still have the same issue and its been a year now.... glitchy eBay. They fixed it once for me and it came back so it's just forever the same since.
Still making sales I don't think it affects items being viewed. This is more of a OCD thing for me.

I have the same problem - I have 60+ items listed and only about 10 of them are getting views, the rest are still on Zero views after a week of being listed 😞
It seems that the problem is that eBay are ***NOT INDEXING ALL MY LISTINGS***
This is probably what you are all experiencing too...
eBay really need to fix this so that everyone gets a fair deal regarding VISIBILITY !
Without any visibility on eBay now... it is like selling in a pitch dark shop with no lights on so people cannot see what you are selling !!!!

New listings can take up to 24 hours from the last revision to be indexed and appear in search.
If it has been longer than that since the last revision, please provide an item number of one of your listings.

The eBay default should be in chronological order not what eBay deem "best match". Then it's fair for everybody.
