I have not found a way to download my Active Listings to a csv file for my end of Tax Year stock list records
Search engine results for ' How to download active listings to csv' whether advice or video are out of date and not now possible due to missing selection or download options in the new dashboard
Has anyone a working method that works with the current Dashboard
Any solutions appreciated

listings
In Seller Hub - Go to the Reports Tab on the right - click Downloads
Downloads - Download Report - Select Source -
Select from
Orders - Listings - Advertising
Select Listings Type
All Active or Unsold
Click Download button
After doing all that I found a much easier way and images are available
I use My Costpro an eBay certified spreadsheet that integrates with your
eBay account ( https://mycostpro.com ) it is a massive help managing my
eBay account as it makes it super easy to track sales, profits, fees,
expenses etc. 2 week trials are free with no card details required.
What I didn't realise until this afternoon was that there is a Tab called
Active Listings and in it a Button to click and download all Active
Listings into a ready made page . Wherever tab you are in that has Item
Numbers or descriptions you can Click them and be taken to the eBay Listing
in a second and in eXcel there's lots of ways to add an image to a column
if required.

If you goto your seller hub, and have your active listings showing there is a tab to right hand side with download, click this and then select your various parameters and should download with in under a minute in a XL spreadsheet format.
This is where I mean to start the process off:

Thanks for the advice, when I click on the Download tab the options I get are the ones in the screenshot attached and the drop downs do not scroll further to show more options.

Is that perhaps something only available for business sellers? I looked around on my Seller Hub but could find no mention of reports. Searching the html source of the page and further futzing around I came up with https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/reports/downloads and successfully got a .csv file of my active listings.
That somewhat sets my mind at rest over my worries that some day a server might go down and I'll lose all my listings. But the .csv file didn't mention my pictures.
Is there a way I can get a report including all the pictures, for example a list of their URLs?

Arrggghhh! 🙂 I've just seen the line across the top, I was looking at each of the panes in the hub, expecting one of them to be 'reports'.
So looking at the line across the top I see Overview, Orders, Listings... and at the far end, Reports.
Still wondering how I download the image URLs though.

Hi @johnwash1 ,
That link is correct and is the same as the report I mentioned on this thread. I'm afraid while it has the listings it doesn't have the picture details. There currently isn't a report or list that gives that kind of detail for images.
Thank you,
Kat

Thanks Kat. Does the ebay API provide that?

Hi @johnwash1 ,
Most likely there is third party applications that can work with the eBay api to do this but as we are not affiliated with any I am unable to advise. You could do a search online or ask on the boards so other users could offer their experience.
Thank you,
Kat
