Hi
I have a bug with the below order whereby since adding additional description information the delivery options have changed to collection only? I can’t revise delivery for a live item anymore…
Frustratingly, I had to cancel another item listed due to same issue.
Is this a known bug and how best to resolve my current listing?

It’s a mess frankly across web and app: product listing page shows “+ free postage” although I had stipulated the delivery option and seller pays. Then in product detail page it shows “collection in person only”.
Any help welcome.

I have a similar isseue: I have items set up using Simple Delivery, some I pay, some buyer pays (depending on the item). But in the Seller Hub grid view it states "Collection In Person Only" even though I do not allow collection for these items. Fortunately looking at the items in an Incognito tab it shows the correct data to buyers as far as I can see. Perhaps this is a different issue but seems related

Unfortunately for me it had changed the listing entirely.
the lack of support from eBay on this matter is crazy.
Simple delivery implementation has not been correctly implanted and as such affecting advanced delivery options.
