So just sold an item, but unable to send invoice also no buyers address, eBay have already sent payment info but have not added the postage, not sure what’s going on ??

Are you still experiencing issues with this? There might have been an issue if there was no buyers address. 

There is an ongoing technical issue with combing invoices which is being worked on but there shouldn't be an issue for single orders.

I need an invoice for an item purchases. How do I go about receiving that.

If you purchased your item from a Private seller they have no facility to send you an invoice.

The nearest you will get is to print off the order details from your Purchase History.  This will show the item purchased,  date of purchase and cost.

As said,  that's the nearest you will get to an ' invoice'.

It's no use saying "Hi kat", the staffers don't monitor every post.  You need to include kat@ebay in your post.
