Cannot read my messages in my inbox, it was fine yesterday, then today the format is different and broken, i cannot open messages, why didn't they just leave it the way it was, the saying is, if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

A ticket has been opened with tech for users not being able to view or send messages in my messages. Its currently being investigated and worked on for a fix.

Looks like this is a very common issue. A lot of discussion about it on Reddit...I have the same problem. I can see that I have a message, but cannot open it. Furthermore my whole eBay home console disappeared...it is not there, and I cannot navigate to it. I use Chrome browser on Android, since I have been deprived from using eBay app ...the new version of the  app does not work  on Android 9. It would have been nice to be told that this will be the case, rather then implement this new version irrespectively, with no warning...it took me a week , with the phone fully restored to factory state twice, to actually realise that this is the app version....and many others too, judging from Reddit discussion on this subject. So much for respect for eBay community...
