Can't produce shipping labels

I have been trying all day to create the shipping label for a item I have sold.

Keep getting errors, either invalid token or network not available but I can access other things.

I have cleared the cache but still nothing.

Anyone else having difficulties?

Hi- is this an issue with all of eBay today?

I have the same issue- via the app and online with different browsers. Tried clearing cache etc- no help

I ended up uninstalling the application, clear the cache, turned phone off and on and reinstalled the app and it worked.

Thank you for your reply.

The issue has been resolved with the latest version of the eBay app.  You will need to update to the newest version which is 6.256.0.

I have had an issue generating a label when booking a Royal Mail collection since 4th May.  I am using the latest version of the app 6.256.0.2, messaged Ebay chat and logged several tech reports. 

The issue still exists and is not fixed.

I can generate a QR code for dropping off a parcel but not for RM collection 

This is the error message received 

It was not possible to generate the label. An issue occurred while generating your postage label. Please try again in a few moments

I do n ot use the app so apologises if this too, doesn't fix your issue,  but others have reported doing the following has enabled the app to behave !

 Uninstall the application, clear the cache, turned phone off and on,  and reinstalled the app and it worked.

Thank you for your reply.

There was a ticket recently with tech for this but has since been resolved. There had been some recent outages with both Evri and the Royal Mail which may have impacted the label on your order.  They should be resolved today.
