Hi

I have had an issue generating a label when booking a Royal Mail collection since 4th May.  I am using the latest version of the app 6.256.0.2, messaged Ebay chat and logged several tech reports. 

The issue still exists and is not fixed.

I can generate a QR code for dropping off a parcel but not for RM collection
