Is anyone else getting this error when trying to buy a parcel force label in ebay?
It only lets me pay via paypal. I've added a card but the option to use it won't show. Also I've tried all sorts in paypal, changing preferred source and even adding funds to my account. Nothing has worked.
I've been on phone to eBay and they couldn't fix it. After about an hour he said it must be an IT error.

For Parcelforce, the only payment method available is PayPal. If PayPal is unable to process the transaction, we'd recommend contacting them for further assistance, since we are no longer the same company and cannot check issues from their end anymore.
