Buyers unable to Buy

Having heard from you about buyers saying they can only buy 10 days, the chat finished

The page is the correct one.

On there you will see ... Block Buyers who are winning or have bought  ** items in the last 10 days.

If you do not wish to block buyers buying multiple items from you,  make sure the little box alongside that statement is unticked.

The option was  added to stop some buyers  with a grudge,  buying  multiple items in a short period of time from one seller,  and then trashing that seller's account with multiple negative feedbacks.

Thanks for the reply, i do wish to have buyers buy more than 1 item at a time, most days all works ok, just the last 7 days or so some buyers with high good feedback can not buy more than 1 item

On the Screen Shot i posted is there anything ticked or unticked that is wrong would you know

Have you changed it recently and did you check the update active listings box if so?

Thanks for the reply, not changed anything as far as i know, in the past it was blocked that if the feedback was less than 5 it would only allow every 10 days but un clicked that a while ago

Thank you for your reply.

Check this part of your account. On the same page as those block settings for buyers click on the " manage block settings and rules activity log.

This will bring up a list of your buyers who are getting a block message. Double click on the Date column to put the list in recent order. If you see the buyers names who have been messaging you there is a tick box on the left beside the date column that you can tick and then click on the blue button on top that states " exempt from buyer requirements"

This should allow them to continue to buy from you.
