Buyer can't pay for item despite me accepting offer

They sent an offer, I accepted. It tells me 'payment pending', but they can't see a way to pay on their side - and the listing is still live

The listing does remain live until they have paid.  It should be in their shopping basket and they should also have received a notification in their eBay messages.
