Automatic Payments not working

I have received an offer and it said "the buyer will be automatically charged" that was over an hour. I've checked my listing and it says "pending payment". It has happened twice now  in past 24 hours. Is this a glitch or is there something really wrong?

In some cases eBay will allow the buyer some time (on the order of an hour or so) in order to combine auctions with other purchases or to choose an alternative payment method. When time runs out, if the buyer has not chosen a new payment method, the original payment method is automatically charged by eBay.
