Hi there, I purchased an article last October called Flowneuroscience. It’s for depression. My Gp wanted me to wait until my medication was sorted so only expected to start using it today 16/1/25. It is working ok but can’t be used without an authentication number which the first owner gets. This is the second part I have now found to be missing as he sent it without the USB lead and did eventually give me £10 to buy one. I am 78 and have severe depression and don’t know what type do as the person wasn’t pleasant the first time . I have written to the makers and they say I need to get authentication number from first owner. This is an example of selling an item, putting new on it and not realising what he was doing. Where do I start please". Thank you
