All my listings are hidden in search

Since 8th March all of my listings are hidden in search results and shopfront.

I can still see my active listings in seller hub, but anyone looking at my shop will see a blank page like the attached screenshot.  Sales are down >95% as a result.

This issue seems to be affecting a growing number of seller accounts. Here is a shop I follow as an example: https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/dsgoutlet

Oh, dear!

I hope eBay will fix it, we recently changed postage policies to GSP etc.. but no other changes to the listings. Other sellers are alright!

absolutely ideal scenario for us when the sun is actually shining in the UK..

just to be clear:

1. this appears to be a "search"-specific issue

2. listings appear normally in my "active listings"

3. listings manifest properly when I am able to click on them from "active listings"

This is purely a search result / buyer-facing issue (as previous P said)

It's wider than a search issue @ray_sunglasses

My listings don't appear in my Shop at all blank spaces with space for the item details /pic (which are not present) and then just says "free delivery in 3 days"

And when my item appears in a search there is no pic/details just the space which buyers or no-one can click on to see it etc.

One of the contributors/sellers here actually has some of their listings displaying correctly? What did you guys do to your listings recently?

my listings are back in my Shop.... ! I'll do a search check... still not back in search....

Hi, All, Ok i managed to get mine back. Here is what i did.

When into the active tab on lisitings dropdown in the hub. and then when the listing show i went to the edit drop down menu and selected edit all xxx listings .

When the box appears, to edit all listings I just selected all and just submitted it without any changes.

Once done (i didn't check) but just restarted my laptop. And then when into ebay again and hey presto all showing in Shop and in search! 

Not sure if it's simple as that, but it solved it for me for now - god knows if it'll disappear again etc

Seems to have work for now as finally some orders just came through 🙂

We've managed to get ours back on at the moment !! We clicked on to our store and then clicked on the newly listed tab. From there we clicked on gallery view and .... hey presto .... all listings appear !! Hope this helps ?

same here, all items not showing in shop but now ok, this  is on top of listings going missing off my active listings, it would show 902 listings at £80K then 906 then 905 etc, took a day to get back to the 950 at £83k I was showing the day before, Ebay admitted it was a tech fault and said sorry, this is now the second fault in a week with sales over the weekend 75% down  what are we paying £95 a month for?? This and older mobile phones unable to use the ebay app is showing ebay is not tech savvy any more, it's 2025 guys wake up

I messages ebay this morning through my concierge service about this and this was the reply

"We are not denying  a little drop in your sales however this can often be attributed to seasonal fluctuations in buyer demand or increased competition in certain categories. You can confirm the same using the below mentioned link--https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/performance/traffic"

So I have had to reply to that saying that is the wrong answer to the question
