All my listings are hidden in search

Since 8th March all of my listings are hidden in search results and shopfront.

I can still see my active listings in seller hub, but anyone looking at my shop will see a blank page like the attached screenshot.  Sales are down >95% as a result.

This issue seems to be affecting a growing number of seller accounts. Here is a shop I follow as an example: https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/dsgoutlet

mine is the same seems to be a site wide issue

only about 30% of my listings are showing the rest are only showing the price per unit like yours and no one can click on them

I hope they sort it out soon

I have the same issue, no items / details visible for buyers to click one. Although they come up on search result but no item pic or details visible for buyer to click on apart from saying the amount sold and dispatch time etc. Sales have slowed down since yesterday evening, so expect thats when glitch happened. 

Pic attached how it comes up in search results - mine is the 4230 sold. The buyer below seems to have same issue 🙂 hence likely a site wide issues effecting many

@j_n_tee I looked at a couple of my saved sellers shops and they had no issues.

@bojangled , I've just literally done the same, and yep some shops are showing items okay and some aren't (shows not item photo/details and unclickable just the slot for item with shipping detail eg "free shipping in 2 days") so even stranger.  My sales have completely slowed and weekend is normally busiest.  Not letting me add pic so can't even show it.

We are experiencing the same thing here ! We have over 2300 listings and all of them are not visible within our eBay shop or via search. We have searched via other eBay accounts and all of the listings are no longer visible? Our account is in good stead and listings are displaying within our hub / active listings , BUT , they're not visible anywhere else ??? We sell £250 - £400 per day and since last night had £0 in sales !! We've  spoken with eBay and it has been escalated as urget with I.T. department. We have been told that they are aware of issues and have played down the severity of the situation. Apparently the rep i spoke with had only spoken to 1 other user today having the same experience?? This is somewhat concerning and we are starting to panic !!

Same. Apparently this is "high priority" according to CS but can't see any official announcements as such........ everyone needs to contact CS about this repeatedly until it's sorted

I have the exact same problem no sales today and all items are not showing in shop or searches.

I did have a small chat to an agent but they cut me off either because hid did not understand what i was trying to tell him or he just did not know how to help.

Same here.

Some of your listings DO show up - what do you think is different about those listings and not the others? e.g. Global Shipping Programme, Shipping Template, Postage Poicy, Template Policy, listing attribute, any ideas?

ps: All of our listings are not showing up 😞

If your account is affected it does seem to be affecting your listings' visibility for anyone who looks, eg, the issue is with specific seller accounts rather than the buyer accounts of those looking. I've just viewed listings of everyone who's posted on this thread so far, and done it both logged in and logged out, and I can't see any listings for any of you except the OP who is showing 2 listings.

@genuineproductsuk none of mine are anywhere, friend run a search from a different device and location. I’ve gone dark.
