I have received unhelpful message from ebay customer support regarding temporarily restriction why is this so difficult  what can I do to get my account recovered I even asked him about appeal process and he goes on about something how after further review that they will not remove please someone report this person tell best shall I do now I been a member since 2021

Nasreen, I understand how important it is for you to be able to use the account again and I understand that you were informed through email that you have 7 days to appeal for the restriction before it progresses to a suspension, however, please know that upon further review the decision can't be appealed, because of the risk your account has posed to the eBay community.

 

I know that this is not the answer that you are waiting for but I can confirm that the action that we take against your account is correct. Please be reminded that we indicated in our eBay user agreement that we can take action if we believe you are abusing eBay and/or our Services in any way in our sole discretion.

 

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion as well. The eBay user agreement is your contract with us and all members are required to read the content of it before using the site.

 

This means that we are expecting that you are aware about it and we are free to implement the content of it on our registered members.

I understand that you want more details on how we come up with this but I'm afraid we have internal and private information that we cannot disclose to our member. This is to make sure that our policy will not be circumvented.

 

As for your request to officially file a complaint I have made sure that your complaint has been addressed and that it has been filed here on our end.

 

As the restriction is already indefinite and final, there is no appeal for this decision. Same information will be given to you in case that you appealed on this in future.
