this case was closed in my fafer then ebay changed there mind i sent parcels with tracking details and yodel delivered on wed. 6th jan. at 2.49. its plan to see DELIVERED 6TH JAN. 2.49 PM.

The buyer must have appealed, so you have to ask yourself what reason they had to appeal?
The most likely reason is that there was some issue over the delivery address. But with so little information it's impossible it's hard to help.
