Ebay is just another selling platform for us, it's not our only means of doing business.
When we dispatch goods, our internal system will send a copy of a customers VAT invoice via email.
It will also update our carrier with the customer's email address, so our carrier can keep them informed of exactly what day and time a parcel will be delivered.
I have a problem with eBay in the respect that nowhere can I find this information in a notification of a sale.
Of course, the problems this creates for our internal processes goes without saying.
Where do I find a customer email details ??
the customers email address, tel number and home address are all shown in the order details when using the seller hub
click on the order details number to see it.
