Hi
I have 10 sales made in ebay, the sales are noted and the money is specified on my ebay account. Most are on hold as a new buyer, but 2 have been released.
I understand that there are holds on new buyer funds in both ebay and Paypal.
My email address is both correct and the same in both ebay andPaypal.
My worry is that although the funds are showing in ebay, they are not showing in Paypal. Shouldn't they be showing as on hold or pending in my Paypal, not just not there at all.
I know the paypal account is linked and working as buying with ebay and Paypal is working fine.

Ebay do not hold any funds! Sales are recorded on your eBay account as soon as the listing ends and eBay take their fees then...
items will show in PayPal as soon as the buyer PAYS and not before and that is when you can send/ post the item to the address that PayPal gives you.
