Can I still get paid via paypal, or do I NEED to add a bank account to get paid if I sell something on ebay? I put payment managed by ebay instead of cash on collection, since it's a virtual account for a game.

Hi I need a little help if possible, I sold a bracelet and the customer claims she cannot fasten it so she has put a return request in saying it's unfit for purpose! She says there is nothing damaged it's fiddly to put on and she cannot do it. Not sure where I stand if I let eBay sort it as messages back and forth to her have done nothing as I refused to send her the go ahead and return postage. I feel she is being unreasonable as it's a brand new bracelet and it's not broken.

Ebay has removed my t-shirt listing stating it fake when it is not. Its genuine in original packaging with tags. Was a unwanted gift so no receipt. Says all of the correct details with pictures showing tags, packet etc so what do i do now? Any help appreciated.

I'd like to sell a few things on ebay but even tho i don't have to offer PayPal as payment i still need a PayPal account . is this something that is being changed? I don't use Paypal, so cant list on ebay at present. I used to have an online shop and for issues with them in past i refuse to be a customer to them... I was pleased to hear ebay are starting not to use PayPal as a back bone and doing direct payments through banks (about time) . currently i use ebay solely for buying and any problems have been handled well via ebays process. I believe their rolling out changes over the year and know that they have been told they've begun sending sale payment direct to bank of sellers for some.....

Hi, Was wondering if anyone can help me out. Always send post via Royal mail sign for So I can get a signature. I was thinking of using royal mail 24 or 48 but was wondering am I still eligible for Seller protection? I know it shows delivered on the royal mail account.. but will I still be protected if a buyer opens a not recieved case?
