Please help me in this matter. and also when I see my own listing on ebay I able to see on one listing means there is no Lising connected with that listing under MORE FROM THIS SELLER OR SIMILER SPONSORED ITEM. I have noticed that free postage was not included on my listing and I am wanting to revise it but it does not seem possible once I have a bid.  Or I wonder if it’s because I am using an iPad and I cannot see all the menus and I need to try with a computer.  Anyone had similar issues? ... View more

Hello.  I listed an item for auction.  The auction ended, the item sold and payment was made.  I then received a message from someone who had tried to bid, but had a problem so was not successful.  They have offered a much, much, higher amount for the item.   Can I reject the original successful bid and accept the later offer?  And what would I say to the successful bidder?  After all, they bid according to the rules and surely are then entitled to have the item.   Please advise! ... I am aware that Selling in the USA is vastly different than trying to sell in the UK Market Place! However I really believe that they are going to lose many sellers if they continue to make them spend many more hours feeding more & more superflous information out to Buyers who Rarely take the trouble to read all the facts presented to them anyway? I haven't been able to access my account for three days now, I've changed my pass word, and as soon as I put it in a get a page saying we can't confirm it's you and I don't get any further, I live in an area where the signal is really bad. This is the second time Ive listed this item and though for weight etc it is cheaper than others I never get more than 7views. Seven the last time too. I had an experience earlier in the day where my bid for an item won it, only to find although too late the other person was given it. I had a back up bid to go higher if needed but it remained the same till end of bidding. I just do not know what to think at the minute as everything seems dubious.
