I've sold two items
eBay has confirmed the payments but they are not appearing in my PayPal
please help
If you've been switched to Managed Payments, you won't receive payments into your PayPal account. Your buyers' payments will go into your Ebay account. From there, Ebay will move them into your linked bank account. Ebay will have notified you of this, and provided full information. If you've somehow missed it, you can find the information in the Seller Centre or in the Help pages with their integral search.
If you haven't yet been switched to Managed Payments, then you included the wrong PayPal email address during the listing process. Or the addy is the right one but contains a typo. Bring one of your Sold listings up in edit mode ('sell similar') and scroll down the page to see the email addy you included. If it's still a valid one, add it to your PayPal account and the payments will pop through. If it's no longer valid or contains a typo, come back for further advice.
if you have been moved over to managed payments the money won't appear in your paypal account, ebay will pay it into your bank account,
go to the seller hub and click on the payments tab to see your payments
if you haven't been moved to managed payments
click on 'sell similar' to see what email address is in the payment field
then if it is an email account you can still use, log into your paypal account and add it to your profile,
you will need to confirm the email address and the money will appear
if it is an address you can no longer access you need to apologise to the buyers and ask them to cancel the payment through their paypal account
then you can send them an invoice from your paypal account
