Hi,What should we do if a customer uses abusive language? Whats the policy to protect sellers?

There really isn't a Policy to protect Sellers regarding "Abusive Language"  if it is threatening you can Enter " Report an Issue with a Buyer" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.
