hi, im trying to sell my daughters scooter and at the end of my listing e bay says I cant? what am I missing? i get to the end of my listing and then e bay says i cannot list it because of managed payments? and the fact im listed for them, even though i didnt want that and preferred paypal payments,what can i do? thanks

As I understand it, vehicles cannot be sold with the new wonderful Managed payments.

Is this ebays way of dealing with all the scammers, who no doubt claim to be Private Sellers?
