eBay Max £1 promotion for low value items

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone knows what happens to items that are sold for under £10 during the £1 promotional selling period? Does the usual 10% fee apply in this case? I can't seem to find this info under the T&C. Many thanks in advance!

Normal fees apply for low value listings,it's in the name really Max £1 promotion
