cancelled an order as it wasnt paid for and no communication but it says its refunding money?

as title it says refund processing for the amount of item (car) but i never actually got paid in the first place... is this just an error?

I would guess you have made a mess of cancelling the sale, which in any case was rather foolish. If you arn't paid you do an Unpaid Case, guaranteed to get a refund of the selling fee and no feedback can be left. The buyer can now leave you any sort of feedback they wish.

What reason did you use for cancellation?

i dont care for the feedback i just didnt want to end up paying him the value of the car...and i want it cancelled as im not letting the dude scam other people with my car (although he's busy removing a dozen or so adverts ive found so far)

The Vehicle sold and FVF selling fees are due ... if not paid, you open an Unpaid case for the 'non sale' within 32 days of the listing end to recover those fees ... Listing fees are not refunded. >

Never cancel for 'non payers' ... always open Unpaid cases after 48 hours from sale end and within 32 days ... close case on day 5 onward from opening if still unpaid and then you can relist ... No damaging feedback can be left by either party. >

he has listed my car all over facebook (with completely bogus extra stuff it doesnt have) without so much as contact after winning it days ago...the blokes a scammer and had dozens for sale ive sold the car anyway so its been cancelled i just wondered why it was worded in such a way that it made out i was paying him!
