A buyer paid instantly for an item that is collection only, he paid for it on the 6th December, he has made various excuses,
about picking it up, how long can you be expected to hang on to someones purchase,

If it comes to cancelling, unless the buyer sends a request to cancel, make sure that you use the reason for cancellation "Problem with buyers address" then you get the selling fee refunded and no defect.
