eBay clearly don't want to help anyone selling on the site as the phone number just gives no option to speak with anyone and no-one replies to emails through any of the given channels. I would love some help to find a way of communicating with eBay, it's always an uphill struggle with this company. Your help is very much appreciated.

It's perfectly possible to speak to a human. But it's not currently possible to phone Ebay, due to the strict Covid H&S rules all companies have had to implement. It's Live Chat or Request-a-callback only at present, both of which are available via Help & Contact during working hours.
But there are very few reasons indeed for needing to contact Ebay, as everything you need to know about selling on Ebay is right here on the site: The Seller Centre for starters, plus all the other useful links ranged across the foot of any page. 🙂
