As @pixiesen2012 says - so you can - I think - have another account for private sales.
It is - however - an option for private sellers to accept returns. Why would you not - you want happy buyers?
The reason I say that is that if you do not accept returns [where the buyer pays the postage] he may simply invent a fault or damage [trivial or even non existent even] so that you will be stuffed with paying the postage to return.
