A buy has purchase an item from me and it's now more than 2 days later and after several payment reminders I have heard nothing.
All my items are listed as buy it now and requires immediate payment so I don't undersatnd how this is possible.
I have opened an unpaid item case but the item was listed with the "£1 max selling fee" offer which has now ended, if I relist my item in 4 days will I lose that? It's not my fault that the buyer did not pais or that eBay for some reason allowed them to not pay immediately!
Yes, unfortunately, the offer only applies to the initial listing. Maybe you could hang on and relist during the next offer. They seem to be quite frequent at the moment.
According to this a BIN with immediate payment is not sold until the buyer completes the paypal payment.
Is the item in your sold items ? If so I think you need to check hat Immediate Payment is loaded as it would appear to be impossible according to instructions.
I see that another answer confirms what I suspected. No Immediate Payment.
Your phone sold on the 1st didn't have immediate payment.
It's not possible for a buyer not to pay when the listing is Buy It Now with 'immediate payment' activated. Could it be that the listing was an auction listing with a Buy It Now option...? If not, then you simply forgot to tick 'immediate payment' during the listing process.
