To prevent PayPal unauthorized scam of collection items, can you post a dummy letter tracked?

Hi hope all is well, first time in 5 years I'm having to post on the forums, a buyer insists PayPal payment for collection item, I won’t make them pay by cash or I could get negative feedback by them, is it true that PayPal reject INDescribed or INR cases for collection items as the buyer can see it there and then,  

but I've had it before payment not authorized. I am waiting an additional day to prevent this happening, but what happens if I post a dummy letter on the day of collection tracked in case they post a unauthorized payment claim and get refund, can I give PayPal the tracking number if they ask for it if a Unauthorized claim arises to prevent the funds leaving my PayPal account? Is that allowed 

I don't want to be scammed here but I stated clearly buyer pays COC, they paid by PayPal,

if I refund I'll get Neg Feedback

The buyer and I have agreed I will now post the item with them via courier service at my expense .

Regarding PayPal case -

They will entertain a claim for not as described BUT a not received case -

Item Not Received claims Your claim will not qualify for a refund under PayPal Buyer Protection for an Item Not Received claim, if:

• You collect the item in person, or arrange for it to be collected on your behalf, including if you use PayPal in a seller's retail point of sale, except for in-person PayPal QR code goods and services transactions.

• The seller has provided proof of delivery. If the seller presents evidence that they delivered the goods to you, PayPal may find in favor of the seller for an Item Not Received claim even if you claim you did not receive the goods.

Thank you. The buyer has allowed me to post the heavy item to her as she paid via PayPal . I am unwilling to proceed with collection with a PayPal payment but I don’t want to risk it, so we are happy to post, as thankfully UK couriers such as hermes offer affordable deliveries
