eBay won't take my bad feedback down even tho I refunded the buyer and let him keep the items how is this fair? And also bad business on his side as he sells similar to me what do I do please
Refunding a buyer doesn't turn a negative experience into a positive one, so buyers are entitled to leave positive or neutral feedback if they choose.
Ebay will only remove feedback if it breaks feedback rules or the law in some way.
I see no recent negative feedback on your account, so either Ebay have removed it after all, or it's too old to be removeable.
You can only leave positive feedback for buyers or none at all. I see you've left two 'false positives', which is a serious breach of feedback rules. If the buyers report them for removal, Ebay will slap two damaging defects on your account. No idea why you thought that it would serve any useful purpose (no-one will ever see it except you and those buyers), and why you thought that rewarding rogue buyers with positive feedback was a good idea. The way to deal with rogue buyers is by using the effective tools that Ebay supplies, or by going down the legal route.
Leaving 2 false positives in response was not your best move.
The only Negative Feedback you have is from a Year ago. Too late to do anything about it now.
