Seller limit mistaken message

Hi guys

I have just tried to sell 5 items for $ 7.00 each and in the end I get a message saying that I need to have a call with ebay in order to increase my seller limits.

But that doesn't make any sense, as I can see in the seller hub that I have enought limit to list these items and much more.

Monthly limits Global

4more items

12listed and sold / 16 limit on quantity of items

$543.44 more

$286.56listed and sold / $830.00 limit

Due to the COVID issue, the ebay team isn't available, hence I am stuck at the moment.

Could anyone give me a hand?

this is the UK site,

you have a UK registered account,

yet you are quoting allowances in $'s

you also appear to be trading, yet your account is a private one,

and your item location is US

so I assume you are in America and have opened a UK account by mistake

Thanks, mate. Your comments were very useful, though the issue was related to the category the item was being listed under.

Ebay could make the message more clear to us, it'd save a lot of our time and their time as well.

as you are in the UK you need to upgrade your account to a business one,

the US doesn't have separate accounts for business and private, but the UK does.
