My buyer bought three items he wanted them grouped together for postage advice. Ther was no button to allow me to do this so he paid by credit card into my PayPal account. This meant there was no button to mark as paid. I was able to click on dispatched. Now ebay have opened up a case for non payment I can’t speak to anyone there is no way to contact ebay
you can close the non payment case by clicking on the buyer has paid, go to the Resolution Centre to do this
