Non payment case opened

My buyer bought three items he wanted them grouped together for postage advice. Ther was no button to allow me to do this so he paid by credit card into my PayPal account. This meant there was no button to mark as paid. I was able to click on dispatched. Now ebay have opened up a case for non payment I can’t speak to anyone there is no way to contact ebay

You must be using Unpaid Assistant, if so go to MORE ACTIONS and mark each as paid, that will close the cases. Ebay does not open cases unless you request it or are using Unpaid assistant and have preset to open cases after 2/3 or what ever number of days you decided.

You should not use Unpaid Assistant unless you understand what it involves.

In more actions there is also SEND PAYMENT DETAILS that means Send an Invoice which you only need if combining several items.

you can close the non payment case by clicking on the buyer has paid, go to the Resolution Centre to do this

You can just close the case, no harm done.   Click on the case and you should see a link to close it.
