NEW COMMUNITY BOARDS LAYOUT Just when you think eBay could not get worse, they do this?

Can anyone with a grain of sanity tell us what on earth eBay was dreaming of to hoist this appalling new Community Boards layout on us? 

How much was spent on this lunacy?....... Which departments heads even took the time to think if we needed or wanted this?

We understand you treat us like children, we understand that we no longer have any say in how eBay manages its sellers, we understand that eBay has little if any respect for us, but do you have so much spare cash sloshing around you decided to spend it on this?  Why not give a few minutes of thought about spending it on sorting out eBay's myriad of glitches?

We all know that eBay does not take any note of what we do here, we no longer have ANY eBay Customer Support staff crop up on these boards, but to hoist this on us, this appalling wide screen, idiotic layout really takes some beating.

Who ever signed off on this needs their head read.

I was going to give you a thumbs up but even that is not working for me at the minute.

Talking of glitches i am currently searching for a lovely edwardian real gold bangle to buy which will cost several hundred pounds.....when i click on listings i get this "we looked everywhere" message.   Go back and click again on the listing and it shows properly.

I do not think i shall bother so thats another lost Ebay sale and i shall wait for the jewellers to reopen that sell proper vintage jewellery.

This is absolutely dreadful. You have to scroll for ages up and down to see new posts/replies, theres no proper layout like before where it flowed like a proper conversation. No sense or logic to it whatsoever.

Its stressful enough having to deal with problems and rely on each others help, without this extra chaotic stress. Do you think we can appeal to get the other layout back? 😩

Totally agree.  It wouldn't be quite so bad if it actually worked.  This is the first time I've managed to get in since 9am, and every page is taking F O R E V E R to load.  I simply don't have time for this, so I'll be unable to answer questions from now on.  If it changes back, perhaps someone can drop me a quick message to let me know!

I really don't get it.

How do you find any posts?

How does it help sellers?

How does it help Business?

What is the point of it.?

I don't have all day to plough through entries on trivial matters

Ebay you are pathetic at your attempts at doing  anything useful

 

Replies are only available to comment on a specific post, which means going back and forward to re-read whos added what.

So many people are going to get unanswered because we cant work out how to read and respond.

It will become so frustrating I can see lots of people giving up and leaving.
