Can anyone with a grain of sanity tell us what on earth eBay was dreaming of to hoist this appalling new Community Boards layout on us?
How much was spent on this lunacy?....... Which departments heads even took the time to think if we needed or wanted this?
We understand you treat us like children, we understand that we no longer have any say in how eBay manages its sellers, we understand that eBay has little if any respect for us, but do you have so much spare cash sloshing around you decided to spend it on this? Why not give a few minutes of thought about spending it on sorting out eBay's myriad of glitches?
We all know that eBay does not take any note of what we do here, we no longer have ANY eBay Customer Support staff crop up on these boards, but to hoist this on us, this appalling wide screen, idiotic layout really takes some beating.
Who ever signed off on this needs their head read.
This is absolutely dreadful. You have to scroll for ages up and down to see new posts/replies, theres no proper layout like before where it flowed like a proper conversation. No sense or logic to it whatsoever.
Its stressful enough having to deal with problems and rely on each others help, without this extra chaotic stress. Do you think we can appeal to get the other layout back? 😩
