Morning i had a scammer buy an item off me with a hijacked account Paypal have refunded the payment to the rightfull owner but this has left me with £40 Paypal fees and £135 Ebay fees that are due to come out of my bank in the next few days,i have tried to contact Paypal and Ebay but due to lockdown this seems inpossible,i keep going round and round in the system.i cant cancel the transaction and cant open a case it wont let me,if the money is automaticaly taken from my bank this will leave me overdrawn and will occour bank charges any advice please?
