My listings keep on getting removed by Ebay saying I am breaking copyright laws but other people are selling the same items how come there's don't get removed

If you are copying items onto USB then you dont own the copyright and ebay is right to remove them.
Dont list again as if you do and ebay remove them again they will take more action against you
There may be more on ebay but they just have not been reported yet.
