Just received e-mail from Optiseller stating I must display gross & vat on all listings or e-bay will add this on at point of sale. As I am not vat registered and nowhere near the threshold I cannot issue vat receipts. Anyone any ideas how to approach this. I have phoned e-bay but got a very polite American who unfortunately had no idea regarding UK tax laws. TIA

What has optiseller got to do with you selling on ebay.

If ebay wanted it they would tell you about it.

Ignore and delete, and possibly block any emails from this company.

if you aren't VAT registered you can't show VAT and ebay can't add itt for you,

who or what is optiseller?

are they trying to sell you something?

Optiseller appeared on my shop links, subscription site but ebay provide it free until June 21. So many changes with Brexit it's hard to keep on top of them.
Thanks for the advice, I think ignoring it unless posted direct by e-bay is the solution
