I wish to contact ebay support over the phone, however the call back option isn't working,solution?

I have tried numerous times to reach ebay via phone call however each time I am unsuccessful. Is there any other way to reach them over the phone?

You can't ring ebay at the moment, you need to use the call back or live chat options through help and contact.

Type "Advanced Search" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page. That should bring up a Phone Link for EBay to Call you back. Live Chat should also be available.

There is very rarely a need to contact Ebay, as full information on every conceivable topic is provided right here on the site (check out all the links displayed at the foot of any page). If you can give us an idea of what the problem is, someone will be able to point you in the right direction. 🙂
