I want to check a prospective buyers history - how do i do that? Advanced search doesn't work.

A prospective buyer has messaged me and asked if she can buy my item straight away for immediate payment, less than the start price. I have tried to search for her history using 'advanced search' but nothing comes up. Her user name has no brackets after it showing her feedback rating. Not sure how I can check her out before replying. Can anyone advise please? Thanks
