I sold a beautiful guitar to this guy . He asked lots of detailed and a bit odd questions before the sale ..... he finally bought the guitar and I packed it excellently........and sent it parcelforce
today the guy sent this

I have received the guitar today. The box was in good conditions, undamaged. When I opened the case, I discovered there is a huge crack on the bottom side of the guitar and the soundboard. This was no accurately described in the listing and the guitar fitted really tight in the hard case so I doubt it may have been a consequence of the shipping. It's not the first guitar I get delivered with Royal Mail and I didn't have issues before even with a worst packaging.

he is accusing me of a false listing .
is there any counter action or recommendations. Personally I think he dropped it on receipt
What's his Feedback like? Did you Check it before Selling to him? That is a lot of Money to lose. You don't have to do anything unless he Opens an EBay Returns Case. Then you would have to Pay the Return Postage and Fully Refund.
