I sold a dvd for £3.70 incl postage and was charged 87p fees using the new Ebay payment management service. This equates to 23.5% !     I was led to believe that using ebay payment service rather than Paypal management service would be more profitable. Can anyone tell me how much i would have received if i had stuck with Paypal and is there a way to switch back to Paypal payment managements ? Thank you.

you cannot leave managed payments, all sellers are being forced to use it.

i am sure i read on Martin Lewis website that ebay management would increase a sellers profit because it cuts out paypal fees...but based on passed sales using paypal it looks as thoughi have lost out.

numerous sellers have found they pay more in fees.

There are on PayPal fees but there are extra eBay fees.

Also, sellers have less protection.
