I no longer wish to sell outside the UK.
I've spent days trying to find out how to remove overseas selling from my account.
Any ideas how?

I don't know where you've been looking, but you can tweak just about anything, including international shipping, in your Account in My Ebay.
But if you're still struggling after having a good look around your Account, everything you need to know about selling on Ebay is in the Seller Centre. You also have the Help pages with their integral search to refer to.
