I have the item and all the details in draft, but cannot get it listed

When I select to complete my draft listing, no warning triangles are shown. a new page pops open stating its having problems.

Any advice?

Have you actually set up your account for selling...?  If all you've done so far is use your account for buying, you can't just list items for sale. Go to the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page) to learn what to do.

If that isn't the issue, and your account is fully set up for selling, today is Friday, Ebay's maintenance day. Lots of weird glitches always occur, so just try again later.

Account is a multi user account, where I have permissions for Publish and revise listings, 2 step verification has been set up.
I have 2 items in draft and when trying to list either item the same message still pops up.
I created a second item in case it was a fault with that one item.
