How do I make an item I have listed open for someone in the States to bid?

Just to add that, due to Covid delays and the fact that the US Postal Service is currently in total disarray, Royal Mail are not accepting claims for 'lost' US packages until 90 days have passed. So you may want to take this into consideration before agreeing to ship there, as buyers can open Item Not Received cases on Ebay within 30 days of the delivery estimate on the order, and you would have to refund in full within 3 days (unless tracking proved delivery, of course).
