I have received an offer but the address does not seam right

I have received an offer for an item I have for sale on e bay I would be happy to accept but I am a bit concerned as the person has only bought 19 items before, never sold anything, and the address does not seam right.

it’s just a post code and the area.

not really sure what to do? 
any help ?

How are you able to see the address if you have not accepted the offer as yet?

Listed as his address was
His post code and area.
Which I thought was strange.
