Hi,

I have just had a look at the few items that you have listed for sale, & I presume it is the phone that you have had the offer on?

Look at the feedback that he has both been left & that which he has left. & it may be worth your while writing a short note to the last few sellers who left him feedback, (make sure it is those he has not left feedback for) to see if there were any issues with their sales to him.

If you do decide to sell to him, then only ship recorded delivery & where the weight of your parcel is clearly shown, & to the address in both eBay & PayPal, demand his phone number & email address, say it is a requirement of shipping, then send him an email & phone him.. These may sound excessive lengths to go to, but you need to be protected.  Do not under any circumstance ship to another address, & if he demands immediate shipping then that is also a warning sign of a hacked account or scam buyer.
